The Plot
There isn't too much of a plot to this one. The band is hanging out on street corners in the neighborhood and lead singer Kevin Rowland tries to get Eileen interested in him.
The London Filming Locations Revealed
Where was Come On Eileen filmed?
This music video was filmed in the Kennington neighborhood of South London, England. Most of the locations are easily recognizable today because... it's London and they tend to not demolish buildings just because they're old, unlike what we do here in the USA.

The Plot
The plot of Dog Heaven is an interesting one - it deals with the topic of suicide! Definitely NOT something one would expect in an Our Gang / The Little Rascals movie.
Filming Locations Across 1920s Los Angeles
Dog Heaven filmed on location across the Los Angeles area, and each of these filming locations looked much better in 1927 than today.
This first of three Quick Preview Videos gives us a look at two historic locations in the Palms neighborhood of Los Angeles, both seen in many movies made in the 1920s and 1930s. Both of these locations have undergone tremendous changes over just the past ten years, as you'll see.

The Plot
This segment from Dog Heaven focuses on Joe and a visit to his girlfriend's house.
A Historic House As Los Angeles Filming Location
This second of three Quick Preview Videos gives us great, close-up views of the historic Tabor family house which was located at 3563 Motor Avenue in the Palms neighborhood of Los Angeles. In the early 1900s, this house was one of the first to be built in the area and managed to survive longer than almost any other of the original homes in Palms.
The Tabor family house appears in many movies filmed in the 1920s and early 1930s and even shows up in the 1976 Charlie's Angels TV series episode Target Angels. Keep an eye out for the filming locations then and now documentary video for Target Angels in May of this year.

The Plot
These scenes in Dog Heaven focus on Pete the Pup's rescue of a girl who was pushed off a bridge into a park lake by another dog.
Two Los Angeles Parks As Filming Locations
The third of three Quick Preview Videos gives us great views of the Dog Heaven filming locations at Hollenbeck Park in the Boyle Heights area of Los Angeles, along with Westlake (now MacArthur) Park near downtown Los Angeles.
Unfortunately, both parks have seen better days, though Hollenbeck Park is still a very nice place to spend a few relaxing hours. MacArthur Park on the other hand has unfortunately been taken over by homeless and it is NOT advised that you go there to see this particular filming location!
